Donkey Kong has been made throughout centuries. It had been known for one of the popular titles in the world. My favorite is the Donkey Kong Country series. I do not know which one is the best out of the four.

Donkey Kong Country

This story starts out with King K. Rool stealing Donkey Kong's every single banana. Donkey Kong and his fellow sidekick, Diddy Kong, try their best to get them back. This game was very popular till the others started to come out.

Donkey Kong Country 2

This story starts out with Donkey Kong relaxing from beating King K. Rool weeks ago. King K. Rool comes back and this time kidnaps Donkey Kong. Diddy Kong comes in with his girlfriend, Dixie Kong, to try and save him. Dixie Kong was known for the best character in all of the Donkey Kong Country series because of her hair twirling to hover through levels. This game is magnificent in the game play and the crazy bonuses.

Donkey Kong Country 3

This story starts out with Donkey Kong finally being saved. But when the time goes by, King K. Rool comes back once more and this time actually kidnaps Donkey Kong again AND Diddy Kong. When I found this out, I said that I hope this story in every DKC series isn't related. This time, Dixie Kong comes in with a fellow friend, Kiddy Kong, to try and save Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong. This one is very fun, I love the way it was made and it has more secrets and more difficult.

Donkey Kong Country Returns

This one is a whole lot different. The story starts with an evil creature from an island Donkey Kong was in and steals his bananas. These wooden things could mind control the animals on the island, but never affected Donkey Kong. So, Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong tries to get the bananas back. On this game, it is very fun and has a lot of great secrets and power-ups.

So its pretty much like a diagram I made:

DKC 1 -> Bananas
DKC 2 -> Donkey Kong
DKC 3 -> Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong
DKC R -> Bananas

Marcmoney : yes, Donkey Kong has been here a long time, I like how they have you not just always go to get bananas. (yet you missed Donkey Kong 64, and Donkey Kong county returns )

I love all the DK games for the Super Nintendo. I think everything that came after that was not so good like the original ones on SNES. Although i most like them in the order :

Donkey Kong Country 1, 2, and 3 ! I didn't like the blonde female Kong that much, and the Baby Kong was also pretty weird. Well, just my opinion ! But still awesome games !

Speedic : I did mention Donkey Kong Country Returns. And I didn't mention Donkey Kong 64 because I was talking about the Donkey Kong COUNTRY series.

I have nothing against the Donkey Kong Series' I absoulotly have always loved it and before I found this site I used too play one of the Donkey Kong games on my Nintendo. I Beat the game to

the Donkey Kong series are awesome but 2 and 3 were lame but i love the games overall
