I love swimming pools because it's crystal clear and clean water as oppose to the disgusting beaches we have here in New York full of animals, filth and garbage. I like being able to see underwater, where I'm going and what's inside.

If the beaches here were cleaner, like in some parts of Florida and California...then I'd be a beach person.
