I have this friend he is really sweet a really caring guy we have alot in common and
He is cute. I really like him but i don't know how to tell him.

Sometimes the truth hurts, but you need to tell him that he's a sweet guy, but you don't want to start a relationship with him. You want to wait to see where it goes first. Let him down easily.
