I know HTML and I know how to make and code post layouts. I want to customize my profile page, but I can't find where the coding goes. Can someone just let me know where it can be edited?

You have to use CSS in order to change it. The code that tRIUNE gave is the correct one to use in order to change your profile.

Ok well Zmmy gave you the coding needed to put in a bg image. What I did for my cursor and links involve css style as well. its all within my tags. see page source on mine, septembern's, alexanyways, or zeldisaster's pages.

tRIUNE : Are you using IE to view it cause I have no problem with the hovers. IE's a piece of poop and doesn't pick up some of the markup as well as other browsers.
