If your ok loosing all of your quick links and browsing history, go TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS and delete all history, clear your cache, restart your browser and try again. I find vizzedboard works best using Firefox.

I know that sounds lame, but if all you want is to change just a few settings and you don't want to download more stuff on your PC, just use a friend's PC or a public one to have the job done. That's what I do when I don't want to download a program on my laptop.

I have a similar problem. Sometimes I enter the page normally and some others it just gives me an error every time I try to enter the page. It's not a browser problem because when it gives me an error it happens in IE in Firefox and in Google Chrome.
