A cell phone alarm? I could never do this... I'm a REALLY hard sleeper.. I usually set 3 alarms for me to wake up, and then my ma' still has gotta shake me to wake me up... I got a bell alarm, I got a digital alarm, & I usually set my cell phone alarm... Its really strange and I really want to break the habit.. Plus, when I do eventually wake up, I'm not with it completely for about 20 minutes, then when I come to, I'm usually in the shower or something... Pretty strange.. BUT! Whats even stranger is that it only happens when I'm at my house in my own bed, or my couch or something.. It has never happened at anyone elses house, and I never did this at my old house, only my new place...

i doubt this would work. It would be basically the same as going to bed for 5 straight hours, plus, if you only slept for 30 minutes, that wouldnt give your body enough time to regroup itself or give your brain enough time to rest. I didnt fully read the page on it, but id like to see some evidence that it would work...experiments on it would help...
