I currently have my earlobes pierced. I actually had them pierced a long time ago, when I was about eight, and I let them heal over by accident. Last month I went to get them re-pierced, and because there was already a small scar there, it didn't hurt and it basically healed instantly- They just poked a new hole through the scar.

I plan to get (in order of importance): A tongue bar, another set of studs on my earlobes, two on my outer cartilage (helix) of my right ear, one helix on my left ear and small nose ring in my left nostril. There are a TON of piercings you can get, just in the ear alone.

So Vizzed... What is your opinion of piercings, and do you have any?

Negative. I don't do the piercings. I have a tattoo or four on my body but I don't want any extra holes. Piercings can catch on stuff and I like being light-weight, stream-lined, and aerodynamic. I think, even though it's mental, I'd be slower if I got some piercings.

None on me but I don't judge them. The ones that are snakebites in the face, noses, and some other ones look kind of silly to me. I think it's about attracting attention to yourself. I'm not one big on getting attention for myself. My tattoos are for me, not anyone else.

The standard middle lobe left ear, still open as far as I can tell, it was 12 gage(had a semi corkscrew meant for body piercings), so even though I haven't worn an earing in 4 years it's still open enough to get a hoop or stud in. I had both ears pierced on the outer lobe just below the cartilage in the dimple some people have. The left ear got infected and I let that one heal over, the other side had another 12 gage in it. A glow-in-the-dark blue 3/4 hoop with orange glow in the dark caps. That one healed over, I might get it pierced again, but I never know with myself.

Piercings make people more attractive in my opinion. I have my ears pierced, but they aren't currently in. I'm not in to them as much as i was when i was a young teen. I always wanted my eyebrow, nose and tongue done. I guess it's never too late to change my mind.

I agree with Nate, piercings are very attractive on both genders.

I have both ears pierced, a Labret which is the piercing below the bottom lip, and 2 tongue rings. I plan on getting a third sometime. I also want snake bites!!!
