I am quite a fan of chess itself but this game just doesn't cut it for me. Even if this was introduced to a minor they would not have the patients to wait for all of the animation and would begin skipping them. Do not get me wrong I actually like the animations but they seem to go no for so long and just make the long game of chess even longer.

I remember playing this for Mac when I was younger. You could have either the up-down view or the angled view for animation. The animation was fun at first but it was clunky, slow, and the angle was tough to tell which pieces where on with squares.

I liked it for a bit but it was nothing special.
