They both taste the same to me when they're cooked. They are a fine side dish to any steak or pork chop, or pretty much any meat.

So for my final choice I had to think about when I eat them cold.. (like on a veggie tray with some veggie dip). This is where texture made my final decision and I choose...

Broccoli!!!!!!

The tree tops are softer and feel better in my mouth where as Cauliflower is a sharper rougher texture. Also, green appeals to me slightly more than white.
