I'm going with Salamence.
But Garchomp is AWESOME because of this:
Garchomp with sand veil that is holding bright powder and uses sand storm makes every attack have only a 0.2 percent chance of hitting.

Salamence got banned to the Uber tier. I think Garchomp did too, but I think it's back in the OU tier now. Either way, I like Garchomp's typing and movepool more.
