I'm not sure what program they were made in, some possibly flash, others possibly illustrator, but none the less, they are vector and to see artwork like this done as vector is just amazing!

All them pics are clickable and lead to full sized swf files and multiple files and some even animated...however, you being on slow connection probably would have troubles looking at some of them pages because I'm sure some of the swf files are big in size because they are so amazing!

Vector animation, usually done nowadays in Flash, is art done mostly with lines and curves, and colored shapes. It's also quite possible to have images and video in flash, but if it's vector artwork like he says, I'm assuming it's either Flash(animated) or Freehand(still life). Not drawn by hand, but by hand-on-mouse.
