We all at times 'pig out' that's how it goes sometimes. I tend to crave things until I just can't get the idea out of my head.

Pigging out is not always a bad thing, sometimes the body needs somehing and that is the only way it can express itself, othertimes we are just hungry, pregnant and craving ¬_¬ (no this is not an announcemnt) I am not trying to encourage overeating here, some people who binge eat and are sick afterwards find it hard to admit that they do it as they experience shame, I would like to say I would not judge you at all, I know what it is like as a woman to experience the pressure of control of ones life and ones body.

So back to the thread, when was the last time you bust a gut so to speak and what did you eat?

My claim to fame was as much sea-food salad as a human being could possibly eat, that was one tasty dish and there was no way it was going to waste!
