Ok ive been wondering how exactly does a comet which is made of ice and rock make firebenders stronger. It just makes no sence to me. Dont get me wroung i love avatar but this dosent make much sence.

Besides the obvious answer of ''It's a cartoon'', I'd say the comet was made from some special thing besides ice or the placement of the comet when it was passing by the planet affected their chi. Kinda like how the lunar eclipse made the firebenders stronger but then made the waterbenders stronger.

1. It's giving off a good amount of light.
2. It's on fire or at least giving off a large amount of heat because of the friction that it has with the Earths atmosphere.

Comets are usually percieved to be balls of fire. Good job for researching and knowing the opposite. But it is a cartoon made for kids, and usually kids think comets are flaming rocks.
