I am definitely looking forward to it, because it is a direct sequel to the first Final Fantasy game I've ever played. I love Lightning's character. I plan to buy FF7 on PSN store. Should I buy any other, thought about getting 12, cuase its sorta newer...

Hearing this scares me; FF X-2 was beyond awful. I don't think I'll get this one unless it gets a rating better than 9.0.

Uhhh yet another spin off of the series (they're also making XIII Versus...has totally different characters). I don't really care for the new one's so I'm not gonna bother buying it. I'll just let my FF freak of a friend buy it XD I didn't like XIII at all though.

X-2 wasn't beyond awful. Sure the story was boring but the gameplay was fun and it introduced the character Paine.

Oh god. They're making a sequel to that piece of garbage? Greeeeeat. As if they didn't fail enough with it the first time. I'm sorry dude, but 13 was boring and the characters got on my nerves. The only character I even remotely liked was Snow. I will give it this though, the summons looked really awesome.

FF XIII removes most of the RPG from Final Fantasy. It went from Final Fantasy to Final String of Battles with No Roaming At All. FFXII is fine, but it removes the turn battle system that has survived through so many FFs before it. I would have to say that FFIX is my favorite. It brings back so many fantasy qualities that has been lost in VII and IIX. Yes, Squares horrible strategy guide was the worst ever. A strategy guide that only covered half the game with the finer details and boss strategies ONLINE? Ridiculous.
