Not too sure if a thread like this goes to Cafe Corner, but I think I can get away with it being here. More people come here anyway.

I've recently got in a couple things I ordered online, 2 Malin + Goetz products- eucalyptus deodorant and peppermint shampoo (which was a "suggested item" I thought I'd try). Both are really good-smelling things. So that got me thinking- what scents do women like to smell on a man? What do YOU women like? Do you like a guy with something a little fruity-smelling? Do you prefer the musky scents that come from men's shampoos, soaps, etc.? Or hell, even Axe products?

I gotta tell ya, that peppermint shampoo does smell really good.

I know that technically outside of the chatroom I am not a woman, but I thought that I should lend some words. Ever watch Manswers? In one episode they discussed what scent turns a woman on the most and I believe they said pumpkin pie.

I don't believe that there's a special scent that attracts all women. I do believe that if you think that it smells good, that's all that matters .

I notice that most guys around here smell like different variations of Axe. While it isn't bad, it's not really fabulous either. Smelling the same brand of deodorant on every guy my age is kind of tiring.

I prefer when guys don't wear a lot of scent, then they smell like themselves and not like product. But if they do wear something, I like warm smells on a guy - not so much fruity, minty (sorry xD) or "soapy". Satsuma is a citrus scent but it's also warm and spicy so I enjoy it. I also like Old Spice a lot, at least a lot more than Axe.

I have never noticed the smell of shampoo actually lasting very long to be honest... though I think I would be intrigued by the smell of peppermint as a hair product as long as it was not too strong.

Overall though, I prefer natural scents to the ones added to products... though Old Spice deodorant is nice now and then. I think that the body sprays are a bit much, and I actually hate the smell of Axe because it is just too strong. Honestly just washing and using some unscented or lightly scented deodorant is fine.

As a lady I love the smell of Axe body wash. In fact, I use it myself. I hate anything with a perfumy/musky/colognelike smell to it. I like spicy or woodsy/earthy scents on guys, but not over powering.. it has to be subtle, I dont want to be able to smell your deoderant/body spray from 6 feet away. Old spice is awesome. I hate axe with a passion. The guys in my old school used to REEK of it, you couldnt escape it x.x There was one cologne i fell in love with but i cant remember what its called, my ex used to wear it and when he did i couldnt stop sniffing him, it smelled fatastic xD
