Well I am sure you are all aware of the Asian Sensation, Ramen. If not this is a dried golden noodle dish that is quick, easy, and delicious. The most widely known brand that I know about is Top Ramen. They have many different flavors including beef and chicken. So do you have any favorite flavors or recipes that you would share? Or maybe some funny stories that happend with or concerning this dish? I know that I like to put egg and cayan pepper in mine it makes it spicy and protein-y(?) haha.

I like plain old chicken ramen. However, being the chef I am, I glorify it and make it as pleasing to look at as it is to taste.

Once I make the ramen, I pour it into this special soup dish I actually made from hand and baked in a kiln. It has a hole at the bottom that I can open so I can put JUST the right amount of broth in the bowl, and I decorate the bowl with ornamental objects.

Then I sprinkle my 5 spices in my mix and we have perfection.

I dont really eat Ramen noodles that much but when I do I eat the beef or chicken. I dont put nothing special in it though.

P.S. theres a new noodles out it called ''Chow Mein'' it's made by ''Nissin'' and theres another one called ''Yakisoba'' its made by ''Maruchan'' There really good man you should try them
