Vegeta wasn't really a villian. But he is my favorite DBZ character. I would have to go with Kefka (from FFVI). He is just so evil, and Sephiroth as well. Those two are the villians that really make you hate them. If you want to talk about like comic super villians, then I don't know.

Vegeta is by far my favorite character in DBZ. Future Trunks had a good theme song, but Vegeta is just so sarcastic it's awesome. I think he goes Super Sayian 4 this sat. on DBGT. When Super Vegeta arrived that was pretty cool. And Vegeta's Final Flash, that is my favorite attack.
