The longest game I have ever played is by far and away Rogue Galaxy on the PS2. It took me OVER 100 hours... To get to the final boss, not to 100% it! It was an awesome game, though, so I didn't care that much.

Probably Elder Scrolls IV, which I have yet to beat actually; but I'm familiar with the game to know its length. Next would probably be Fallout 3, possibly longer if I buy all the extra content. They are made by the same developers and both have a lot to content wise, quests, as well as a big world to explore.
