I'm just doing basic pictures for now, so I won't be charging a lot. I'm thinking of around 150-200 Viz for every picture you decide to use, but if you like it enough and would like to pay more, I will accept it. I'm doing this more for fun and practice than Viz. I will still put the effort into every picture I make because I don't gain much personal experience if I don't. I don't require advanced payment, but I won't stop you if you want to send it early.

I got the idea for doing this when WarpStarFerret asked me if I could find him a picture. I made him one, but when he asked for a new one I started over. I put 2-3 hours into making, cleaning up, and experimenting on this one:



That one was okay, but I was still learning my program. That one is the bad product of experimentation that for some reason I posted anyway . Here are some different ones that I made:







I also made the layout that is behind this post along with a few others that can be found in the layout shop.

The * means it is required. Be specific with the theme. For example, if it's something like Legend of Zelda, you'll need to elaborate. Pick specific characters, whether you want the logo, specific items, etc. That way I'll have something to work with. If you have a specific image in mind, you can post it or send the URL in a PM to me. Just remember that the width limit is 200 pixels. I can't put in 8 different pictures unless I crush them down (which would look ugly). I've been learning a lot of the extra effects that my program has so I can try out some of those if you would like me to. I will also be setting the picture to match the limits for User Pic size (200px width, 100kB).

I will either post a Reply with the picture in it or I'll upload it to my photo album on Vizzed and send you a link. You can right click on it, save it, and upload it as your picture. As I said, the dimensions are already taken care of.

Feel free to post any questions. I may or may not edit this post in the future depending on whether I think it is necessary.

WarpStarFerret : This one was kind of tricky because the pictures I found were shadowed. After I cleaned them up, I used an effect to slightly distort the colors.



EDIT: The translucency didn't seem to work, but it's actually just not translucent enough. I'm going to put it a few more on Blogger with lower translucency.

That looks decent. The theme is fine, as are the colors. It could be a little crisper, maybe slightly darker, but it works as is. How much?

WarpStarFerret : When it was crisp, it got too pixelated. I couldn't get it to balance out. I'm thinking around 150 Viz regardless of which one you pick.

I don't know much about Code Geass. I watched the second opening a while ago because it was on right after Bleach. Other than that, I don't know anything about the show. Can you give me a bit more of an idea of what you're looking for. Perhaps specific characters or symbols. I don't know what to look for, so I'm not sure where to start.

TheOmegaDragon : I can't do GIFs. The program I have is terrible for them.

So wait you take an picture gotten off the web, and recolor them at the pixel levels?

Theoretically I can, but depending on the size of the picture and number of pixels, it could take hours to do it. I won't do GIFs because they are composed of lots of individual images. I would have to recolor every image one at a time, then reanimate it.

For this thread, I take pictures from the internet and combine them so that they look good. I also sometimes apply distortion and/or translucency effects using the program that I have.

I'm better at doing pictures for games I'm familiar with (especially Zelda and Pokémon before Gen IV), but I can do other games along with some anime.
