I'm tired of using just w3schools, I want a physical book that teaches about web development( can be multiple books). I wanna get ahead before I start taking the basic computer programming classes, and I also want to learn how to do more stuff with the HTML I already know. So any good books?

Drop the books and experiment with some hosting space. In fact you can get hosting space for really cheap about 1 year of hosting for the price of a book I'd say its worth it.

I recommend PHP For the World Wide Web. But your best bet is experimenting. Books will really only teach you the basic structure of code. You won't learn much of anything unless you know what you want to make and experiment with it.

Easiest way to learn code is to understand how it works, most code has beginning and ending tags or attributes within them. Once you understand that part the rest is cake its just a matter of figuring out how you want stuff to operate on a page.

Same goes for video games, do you need a book to learn skill? No you just need practice.

JigSaw : I actually do have hosting space and have been experimenting, a little but just with HTML and a little CSS. Although my site totally sucks, It's functional at least.

I have a book which is a beginners guide to HTML that I'd give to you for free, you'd just have to pay for shipping which would be probably $5.

For PHP, I recommend the same book as JigSaw, PHP for the World Wide Web, I learned most of what I know now from that.

But like JigSaw said, experimenting is one of the best ways to learn, just as long as you have a good resource to reference too.

God Created Adam, God Created Eve,
Than He Created David, But No One Would Believe,
That David Created Vizzed Board, Just For You And Me,
So Grab My Hand And Lets Be Friends, And We'll Head To The Land Of V

Davideo7 : I would like to get that book, but I don't think my mom would let me give out my address. Could you tell me the name of the book?
