What is not working about it? Will the game not load, or will it not save? Even though it is a hack, it should save just the same as if it were a regular game. If it won't load, is it because you don't have the vizzed RGR plugin? It is required to play Ash Gray. It also says that vizzed RGR plugin version 1.01 supports save states anywhere. Unless there's a problem with your computer, it should work.

Also, I'm pretty sure that you need to press F2 for save and F4 for load, when it comes to that and some other systems. It usually says it at the bottom of the screen, to the right of the pause, reset and (something else ) buttons.

The only thing I would add is that most Pokémon games on Vizzed can't save in the game. The ones that can don't actually save so it doesn't really matter either way. Press F2 to save when you're done playing for the day and wait for the bottom of the screen to say "Saved State Upload Complete." If it says "Saved State Upload Failed," then you have to try again. Once it is saved you can close the window. When you restart, wait for it to load the opening movie then press F4.
