My favorite would have to be Ryu from street fighter or goku and gohan from budokai/tenkaichi series. Ryu because of his training and perseverance, and goku because he is my all time favorite DBZ characyer, but gohan because of his fighting style when he becomes great saiyaman on budokai 3, it is unreal to me how he fights!

Argh I have so many... So here's a list from each series:

Tekken: Steve Fox, because he's different and it feels awesome when you win.

Street Fighter: Akuma, because his special move uses a similar input to Skullomania's "new skullo dream" it would be skullomania but he's not in the main series.

Blazblue: It's difficult to choose, either Bang or Hazama they're just too awesome.

Guilty Gear: I can't seem to stick with a single character in this game, I guess it'll have to be Chipp Zanuff.

King of Fighters: I don't have a favourite character, just a favourite team: K' / Ralf / Terry.

Soul Calibur: Raphael, he's awesome

Marvel vs Capcom 3 (When it comes out): again no character, just a team: Dante / Spencer / Ryu
