It was around he end of this school year my parents and sisters where gone so i was alone i went outside and my dog got out he's very wild when he's out so he ran around the street and i got scared cause when he gets out my dad gets him.i ran after him(i never really go on walks)so i don't know there area well i chased him for around a hour i had tons of bug bites i was sweating and i was crying luckily one of my neihbers was home and he helped me but i still didnt get him so i gave up after another hour and just went home crying i thought he was dead and i thought myself as a coward luckily my dad got home and found him

Elara : That's one thing that scares me if stalkers. I've had a few over the years and I have to say, it's some scary stuff. I still wonder what makes people think that it's okay to stalk someone? What even makes them tick. Still gives me the chills thinking about it.

anyways here is 2 scary moments in my life, these are 2 that i am open to talk about

1. I was walking home from my friends house, and got attacked from behind by 6-10 guys, for no reason whatsoever, I luckily was far less injured than  you would expect as i only had lots of bruises but no severe injuries.

2. As i am epileptic, When i have a fit and wake up about a hour later, it is obviously a daunting experience to not remember what the hell has happened. It affects my memory so i cant even remember what has happened for the week prior to the fit. My epilepsy has also cause me to drown and luckily i was resuscitated, I got told that if it would have been a couple of minutes longer i probably wouldn't have survived.

sonicmcmuffin : WOW, I honestly understand how that feels. About 5 years ago a doctor misdiagnosed me and gave me medication that caused me to get a seizure disorder. I even at one time lost 3 months. I still don't remember a single thing that happened. It even paralyzed me 4 and a half years. It was only a year ago that I was finally able to have function of movement. After two years of physical therapy. My memory isn't as sharp as before that time, but it's slowly getting better. Thanks for sharing your experience, you're a very strong person. It's people like you that give me strength to deal with my life issues.

SunflowerGaming : Well i am glad my experiences give you strength and i am always available to talk to if you need to.. Yeah sometimes after my fits i can remember what i have done for months, At the moment in time i remember nothing about my childhood all i can really remember is major events in my life.

Becoming strong for me was a necessity as i have tendinitis, which makes me walk on my tiptoes, So i stand out a lot and have had to put up with a lot of abuse through my life.. But the main reason i have stayed "strong" is because i want to help others, I don't care what happens to me. If making a group of people feel appreciated and wanted means i have to live in a life of misery I'm happy to make that choice,

When I was 13 I fell of a balcony and landed on a pallet of sod. I laid there for a half hour not able to move. I thought that I had broken my back. The ambulance was called and I was picked up. After the x-rays the said I was just fine and that I had just seized up and couldn't move. The only scarier experience was when I was in Iraq and was hit by and IED.

prrobably going to the top a very high hill/small mountain and realisign it was gale force winds, i thought i was going to die, but everyone at the bottom was watching so i stupidly decided i couldnt back out...before blitzing down the hill on my snowboard faster than i have ever gone in my life(mayb faster in a car, i dunno).and im being serious, i did think there was a high chance id kill myself, i really am an idiot sometimes, i should have walked back down.

The multiple times I've almost drowned have traumatized me. A lot. I refuse to go in the deep end now. =| Drowning is my number one least favorite way to die because asphyxiation via water scares the hell out of me.

septembern : You just reminded me of something that happened to my friend and I when I was about 15 or 16 years old. We were at her house, and she had this like, field behind her house and we would often walk down there. Well, we were walking and we went to the park that was close by. And there were these three guys, looked about in their early 20's hanging around by their car at the park. We were ignoring them and they started calling out to us. After awhile we decided to go back through the field and walk back to her house. They got in the car and started to follow us. Thankfully her Dad was home and scared them off. I was so scared. I thought they were going to try and kidnap us.
