The most scary one I've heard is that once there were some teens in an RV, having a jolly old time, drinking alcohol, thinking they were all cool. Manbearpig entered the RV and the teens were found with satanic pentagrams carved in their buttocks and a message from MBP saying this, courtesy of omgimscaredofmanbearpig.com

Oh yes, that one was also quite horrific. Another scary one I heard is where an old man was eating salad in a restaurant and one of the croutons strangely resembled Manbearpig's face. He later was killed that night by the aforementioned Manbearpig. Spooky.
