Pokémon has been around for what seems like forever now. Whether it came from a game, a card, or something else, what was the first Pokémon you owned?

I know my first Pokémon was a card, but I'm not positive which one. After checking Bulbapedia, I think my first cards came from Brushfire (I can't believe I forgot about Brushfire). If that's right, then Charmander would have probably been my first card ever which would make Charmander my first Pokémon ever.

Ah... my first Pokemon card (from the booster packs because I don't count the starter packs)... Believe me or not, the first card I ever pulled from a Booster pack was a holographic Mewtwo EX. I gave it to my best friend because his favorite Pokemon is Mewtwo. As for my first in-game Pokemon, other than my starter (Cyndaquil from Pokemon Silver), was... I think it was actually Spinarak. Don't quote me on that, though. It's been... seven years, I think. Six or seven.
