Been working out lately?

I don't really know why they would break. Keep using glass, I think that plastic has bad properties if you ever warm them up with a liquid inside of them. Maybe because they are getting old, but maybe because you are noticing the cracks for the first time and they have been there for a while. It might have something to do with your dishwasher as well.

Well, if the cup was hot (and you already said that the liquid was cold) then it probably was due to the quick temperature change making the cup become unstable, and then break. It happened to me once when my dad left a cold empty snapple bottle in the freezer, and I got bored and decided to un-freeze it .

kyuremu : I use a mixture of both, but the funny thing is all of the ones that were breaking were all made by the same company. Now I just use any cups but those. lol. Nothing has broke since.
