I tried somethin similar to this a while back. I found somethin on the internet that showed how to do "self hypnosis" it didn't work though

BUT, I have seen people get hypnotized before. During my senior lock-inn last spring, I witnessed 10 classmates get hypnotized and it was AMAZING!

I like finding ways to better off my body (marital arts, meditation, eating healthy ) and exercising my mind (the aura stuff) I really like the idea of alot of this stuff and after that, i'm going to get the book on self curing...you can also find that on the aura site
