I actually did beat SMW 100% before. Its pretty interesting to beat it too, you go into a Star World and there are more challenges awaiting for you. Its pretty sweet.

I did, once. The final levels in the Star Road area you have a picture of were hard. By the way, as a side note, I knew one nut who beat it 100% in one sitting. Took him between 4 and 5 hours.
