I like Warrock(I think that's how it's spelled) and Combat arms, but they're kinda the only ones my computer is able to play that I know of, What's your favorites?

K3ithSton3 : I like lots of them. UrbanTerror, Nexuiz, Open Arena, Quake III, Quake Live. There all fun to play!

pi0x : I've checked the games you said on youtube, they look pretty good. I don't think I'll be able to play those though, but a different time, and a different thread. Those seem like some pretty good games regardless of my being able to play them.

PS. I haven't played the two games I've posted in a little while, perhaps I should get back to them, if the computer I'm using is strong enough.

My favorites that I have played in the past are probably Runescape(haven't played in years), Combat Arms (Haven't played in about a year), Quake Live (Haven't played in about a year), and League of Legends, which I play all the time now.

Those seem like good games, however two of those don't quite fit the thread, the thread is about MMOFPS's not MMO's but I digress. those are interesting games regardless, thanks for your input.

My favorite MMOFPS? I play a lot of different one, but I am more of a competitive player so I would have to say...Counter Strike: Source, it's a very common FPS that I absolutely love to play all the time Don't get me wrong though I do play others, I have recently taken up Combat Arms for a run and it's pretty good besides the hacker every now and then. One more good one would have to be Battlefield, the whole franchise collection for the computer, nothing gets me going like strapping C4 to a car, driving it into a tank, jumping out and actviating the C4 lol.

Can't believe no one said it yet: Planetside! it's freaking amazing. Three factions to choose from, unique weapons for each, and just a crap ton of cool features. There's Tanks, Jeeps, Aircraft, Cybernetic Implants, armored mech suits, giant mechs (think Metal Gear) and even artillery. There is also something really neat: Cloakers! There is a suit you can buy which makes you less visible as you move slowly. You can't play it for free anymore though.

Sephitard9001 : I checked Planetside out, and it looks great, but it does suck if what you say is true(not the game, the situation).

K3ithSton3 : Yeah, there used to be a free trial up to level 20 but not anymore. Occasionally they have a free to play weekend, but I don't know when that happens.

Sephitard9001 : They should just make it free, because there are a lot of games out there that win just because they're free.

Alliance of Valiant Arms by Ijji is really good, you can play it for free on Steam.

I would love GunZ, but unfortunately ijji just does a crap job of moderating the bloody game period. Plus I hate the entire cash shop idea of the game. You should not be able to buy your way to victory. And those cash shop items are bloody powerful when you get a few of them. Double the healing power with kits? Able to add like 45 damage with a sword attack?

Why do that when I could just cheat and get away with it. And I've done a test to see how long it would take me to be reported and banned.


Answer: I didn't. Level 73 hacked account and I never got banned. I simply just gave up.

So I only play on my friend's private server. Because it's more fun because we don't have to worry about cheating.




My other favorites would probably be Left 4 Dead 1 and 2. I prefer 1 a little bit more because in my opinion, it's more balanced as far as latency issues go. When you actually hit a survivor, you HIT A SURVIVOR. Not just clip through them half the time as the charge, or you miss them entirely, but hit them anyways. (I.E. original has far less glitches)

Team Fortress 2 is one of my favorites, I love the idea of different classes to choose from while playing the game, instead of starting with a single class and having to use that class for the rest of the game. It is free on Steam.
