I own a Toshiba Satellite A100/A150 Laptop. I had been missing files that allowed it to get wireless internet. So I went to the Toshiba site and retrieved them, my internet worked it was from my own home router so I thought AI'd be safe and I was wrong! It started doing "installing" random programs like a translator antivirus and something called "Fun4IM". I tried removing all files relating to those programs but instead my laptop crashed. I booted it up again and my login wouldnt pop up so now I cant log in to my laptop at all! Just a dark screen stays up the whole time. If anyone can help me out please do so asap! I really need my laptop for school and gaming purposes. thank you

DAEDAE : Did your computer come with boot recovery Cd's? If it did then you could do a full system restore on your computer.

How long ago was it?

I agree with pi0x that system restore might be the best option. Just go back to the day that you realized that you lost the ability to get wireless internet (I would go one day before that day just in case) and see what happens.

If it does any kind of boot up screen you might be able to turn it on in Safe Mode. Safe Mode only uses the programs necessary for the computer to run, so you might be able to investigate that way. System Restore would probably also work.
