I have made 2, using FreeForums and Webs. Both are centered around my club here but one is a lot more centered towards it than the other. I prefer using Webs, more features.

I've made quite a few, most of them have crashed and burned though.

I don't like Webs because it gives very small bandwidth limits. I prefer a service like Weebly, which basically has the same features as Webs but with Unlimited Storage and Unlimited Bandwidth.
