I'd have to say Magma Opus from Pac-Man World 2, I STILL haven't beaten that level, and I've had that game for about 3 years now It's the slide part that always gets me. What's the most annoying one you've played?

The first Rainbow Six game for N64. It was my first foray into playing games that involved saving hostages and I was terrible at it. To my credit I did end up beating it eventually. Given my age at the time, it was definately the hardest video game I ever played.

I wouldn't call it a level but there was this one part in Suikoden 5 i was playing where i literally was looking for a secret entrance and i spent over an hour looking for it collected a million dollars in the games currency and when i finally found it it was in the easiest section of that screen i was mad

I did not enjoy the Great Maze level from Super Smash Brothers Brawl.
The level was very long, boring, and was almost like another game in itself.
They could have cut some of that out and put it into some other levels in the game.

The quest for the Triforce pieces in Wind Waker was so annoying. I had to go all over the ocean to find the maps, then search different areas hoping that I would find the piece. There were 8 pieces. At one point, I quit. When I wanted to play again, I bought a ton of bait and fed every fish so I could have a completed map and enough info to find the Triforce charts. Their advice was enough to get me the charts and my perfect map helped in finding the pieces.
