I suppose it would be good to have something for 50, but on the other hand it's such a large gap that it may seem too much for people to post that much which may cause them give up, and in doing so prevent spamming from those who would.

Currently, I have Official Post Spree Syndrome and I have 3 hours before most of the posts disappear from my 24 hour count. I'm also currently the most active for the last hour and the last day. I'm up to 6th for the past week and 11th for the past month. I might get to 1st considering I have a month off from school.
spectergaj : I don't know what the highest has ever been, but I found the highest attainable: https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/controlpanel.php?category=help&help=terminology&name=Syndromes#Syndromes You would need 875 posts in 24 hours to reach the highest level. That's more than 3 posts every 2 minutes if you don't take any breaks. I don't see how that would be possible without spamming. Time for an Update: I have reached Ravering Syndrome. I also moved up to 3rd for the past week and 10th for the past month.
