I'm a girl and I collect wrestling figures. As for an adult woman collecting barbies...same thing. My aunt has been collecting them for years and has over 300. Maybe a little out of the ordinary but certainly not "wrong". Barbies can be a toy or a collector's item for either gender - if the person is finding it enjoyable then I see no problems with it.
