Honestly I try to have good oral hygiene, but I need to get better about flossing. I always forget to do it. Probably because it's sort of a hassle.

I do brush my teeth at least 2 times a day, and I use mouthwash as well.

Just the very back teeth is where she found some, but not much. My brushing technique is a proven thing, I guess. Flossing would help, but it seems I may not need it as much as other people.

I've had a lot of cavities despite brushing and flossing religiously every day. For flossing, I like using those plastic flossers because they're a lot easier to maneuver.
