It actually never snows her i the southern part of Texas where I live.Although about 3 years ago there was a big coldfront that past by and it flurried for about 8 hours in the night and by the morning we had a light sheet of snow that lasted in the sun for about two hours.

generally "winter" starts around september (it can start snowing that early) and we've had snow into may or june sometimes. It doesn't stick during those early or late months but it does still fall sometimes.

It finally snowed here in New York.
The bad thing is...it was a blizzard...not typical snow fall.

It snowed about 18 inches in my part of New Jersey. Like New York, we also got hit with a blizzard. I had to dig out at least five driveways the other day. Snow plows weren't much help either .

It doesn't usually snow much in Leamington, but this year we were probably home ridden around 10 times. In my soon to be home of Calgary (and used to be home), it snows crazy amounts though, and it can snow from late September and if your unlucky, until May

I've been on the Mississippi coast since the beginning of 2006. I've seen snow twice and it didn't stick to the ground either time.

The nice thing was one of those times, my nieces' preschool let them go outside for a few minutes when the snow was falling. Wish I'd seen it. It must have been adorable.
