i am making a game site for my school so we can play games at school, are there any suggestions as to what i could put on there to make it look cool.

i am making it from scratch
and i am just a little bit higher than n00b rank at web programming so nothing to to hard.

Btw, the functionality of the website works perfect. The only thing I'd recommend adding is a background color or picture, and perhaps some more navigation, to make it look more professional. But it will work perfectly for what you're wanting.
