Well, this is an easy choice. It's obviously gonna be Klown. Why? Well, here's how the battle would turn out:
Chuck Norris would come out onto the battlefield in his hoverround. He will attempt a roundhouse kick but considering he's so old and fails at life Klown will break his neck with a snow cone. Mr. T would then come out to fight. This is some competition, so Klown must use his popcorn launcher to dispose of Mr. T. When he gets his popcorn launcher he's a cakewalk. Then legacy will come out to battle. Considering leggy ain't too great at fighting and is only really superb at running, Klown will break his legs and probably eat them afterwards.

Well I'd run circles around the 70 year old Chuck Norris to start the battle while Mr. T takes out his obvious hatred for clowns out on Klown...but then Klown eats him. Because Klown and I are not really enemies, we call a truce and destroy the rest of the world as the most dangerous thing to scour the globe. Klown taking over one half the world, and me the other. Then we leave Earth in separate spaceships and blow it up. And if that fails I could always use a feather duster.
