my biggest video game let down was at the very end of super mario 64. i just got all 120 stars and i was expecting a final boss fight of something. but all that happened was yoshi gives you a lot of extra lives. what am i supposed to do with thes I BEAT THE GAME!! -------------------- |

The entire Final Fantasy 8 game was a let down for me. The way my friends talked about it, you'd think it was the greatest thing ever. I played it and I absolutely hated it from beginning to end. It was nothing but one big struggle just to stay interested. I think the only reason I even beat it was just so I could say I did.

Biggest video game letdowns-
Warcraft 3-the hero system bugged the crap out of me and the game was way to short. Mario Kart Double Dash-Even though we all played it forever its just the lamest installment and was out for sooo long before we finally got the WII Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 2-No puzzles or challenge or much of anything entertaining. Probably the worst of the 5 games. Warcraft 3-the hero system bugged the crap out of me and the game was way to short. For me, it would have to be Far Cry 2. I loved Far Cry Insticts on the original xbox, and hoped they would deliver the same fast paced first person shooting with some guerilla tactics thrown in..instead I got the longest game beginning ever, along with stiff and dull gameplay..such a letdown for me -------------------- |

You know thinking about it a little longer I can't believe I didn't think of this first.
My biggest disappointment video game wise that I can remember was the Christmas I got the Power Glove for the NES. The thing looked so cool on the commercials that I just had to have in. Needless to say when I opened it up Christmas morning and plugged it in and started playing it all I got was a punch in the face. My biggest let down in a video game was when I was playing 007 Goldeneye, when I found out the guy in the Temple was still alive. I say that because I'm typically pleased by the video game endings I see.

It wasnt that it was a bad game it was just that it was it could not compare to the first Fable which was just epic and had a great story and memorable boss fight and like the second one just seemed like a huge letdown to me |

I was disappointed by Final Fantasy XIII. That game was so lame, it shouldn't even be considered a Final Fantasy game. It's boring and annoying.
Sonic Riders let me down too, but the sequel, Zero Gravity or whatever it was, was a REAL letdown. At least the first game was fun for an hour or two. Zero Gravity was freakin horrible, the controls sucked, the gameplay sucked, and I hated the new "friction" thing. My biggest video game let-down was a little-known game called Evergrace, the level up system was great the customamizable for weapons and armor was awesome but, it took only 5 minutes to beat the whole thing. Good things never last. ____________________ |
