I just got my electric bill and it was way too high, I rang to ask them why and they were like 'oh we have one cheaper tariff we can recommend to you' I changed to it, but after a little web research found an even cheaper tariff with the same company! I rang to change and they were like oh you have to stay in your current ne now for 12 months, and I was like why was I not told about the other tariff? and they said, oh thats because its an internet only deal and you rang us on the phone. But they had totally ignored the fact that the original tariff was taken out over the internet and I had only rang to ask why it was so high that month and they had recommended the new one to me to change to to make the saving.

I would love to name the company but I am currently looking into taking legal action (can you imagine how much that is going to cost?)

Yeah. I bought a movie from the Dollar Store, took it home and tried to watch it. It wouldn't play. When I checked out the disk, it was covered in scratches. I'm never buying a movie from the Dollar Store again.

Yes i bought a Zune from a friend and he told me there were only a few problems (dont remember what they were) But i tried to use it found out oh its stuck on hold and its not on the hold button... After countless hours of searching for a fix and finding absolutely nothing to fix it i started to take it apart. Took it apart piece by piece and could not figure it out. I have to admit i almost had it at one point. I got it to stop for exactly a second. Then it went back into hold i was so angry and then i just stopped trying. To guess i wasted around 45+ Hours trying to figure it out...
