I bought my partner flowers, chocolates, everything you could imagine, stood on his doorstep ready to give them to him and the person did not tell me that they had gone on holdiday without me (in other words I had been dumped) I left the presents on their door step and waited for a call etc, when I found out he had returned, I went back to his house with another bunch of flowers and chocolates and a card asking him to take me back, I was so sad and missed him so much, that was really a painful time for me.

Aww that's so sad. These cold results of my keyboard punches do little justice.

I've done many sad things for love (I think). I remember in 8th grade, there was this young lady that was flirty with me (though she had a bf at the time). However, when they broke up and when a mutual friend of ours moved away, any interest that she had in me departed as well. For Valentine's Day (which was almost a snow day) I bought a rose to give to her at school. She didn't come to school that day. Here I am with a rose for someone who stopped caring and she doesn't even show up. However, looking back, I can see why none of the females in my school took an interest in me.

Those stories are just awful. Well not bad but sad you know what I mean. One time there was a girl who had a really hard time because her date did not show up so I hung out with her at the dance the whole time.
