Yes I did when I left a pen in my pant pocket.  I went to sleep with it and it broke open when I turned over.  Thankfully the ink didn't break so I was able to throw it out without getting ink all over me!

I tend to chew on pens and markers a lot(Mainly sharpies) so yes I've broke quite a few of them, but I can't ever say I've had ink get into my mouth or on me in general. I must be lucky cause I bet that sucks bad. lol

I've broken a pen and had it leak on my hands, but thankfully it didn't get all over my clothes or anything like that.

I usually break pens unintentionally. I got a bit of ink in my hands but it was hard to wash of (wash them up to 10 minutes). Another thing is that they sometimes smear my clothes when I'm not careful

Nope, never broke a pen.  I have taken pens apart in order to use the parts for various things, though.  A lighter, a cheap empty pen casing, and a new battery is still all I need if an old game boy game isn't saving anymore.  Granted, now that I've found this site, that's not really needed anymore.
