Anyways, anyone know much about Hypnosis and "out of body experience" stuff?
I've downloaded a few different audio files from torrents of things that claim to change the state of your mind thru hypnosis, one of them worked pretty well, didn't get hypnotized, but it got me into a real relaxed condition.

Yeah I didn't think to mention that. It won't work if you get distracted or bored either. If you say "I'm not going to get hypnotized," you won't.

I've witnessed people in my graduating class getting hypnotized, quite amazing. I dont think I could ever get hypnotized though, seems like I've always got somethin on my mind, and it'd probably be hard for me to concentrate and relax enough

Astral projection is an out of body experience than can be done by will. I've never been able to master it... it's so hard. My friend can do it. He did it while lying next to me... and it was like he wasn't there. Like I was sitting next to a dead body... his whole presence just... gone... you can travel to other planes of existence.. it's crazy..
