Youtube Videos
This is a nice little feature that many of us, including myself, have wanted for years. You can now embed youtube videos into your posts by placing the new youtube tags around the URL of the video. So this is how you'd do it: [youtube The staff will of course punish those who embed inappropriate videos or spam with videos, we will punish them the same as we would if a user did the same thing with embedded pictures. Posting Rules and Formatting Tags to the left of Replies and Threads To the left of your reply window, you'll see brief posting rules and also a few of the available formatting tags. This is more handy to newbies than for anyone else and will hopefully remind them to obey the rules.

Interesting features, I noticed the section just to the left when I made my last post.
Definately good use of the space and should be helpful for new people. On the Youtube codes, will that follow the same restrictions as pictures and links for newbie powered members?

Well, hopefully this will work forever.
Because programs such as Youtube Downloader allow people to download music videos and other copyrighted stuff, Youtube changes the coding of their videos virtually every other week, so that the programs don't work. I'm not sure how your Youtube tag thingy works, hopefully you won't have to change it everytime Youtube changes things around. Anyways, this sounds cool, I'll be sure to check it out later!

the_casualty : It's a new iframing method that Youtube just started supporting a few months ago. This new way of embedding is a lot better than the previous and also allows people with mobile devices to see the embeded youtube videos, unlike the previous way of embedding.
