What I do, using win 7, is run the game, then go to start -> type in "magnifier" and select it.  Select the gear icon to go into options... then make sure "Follow the keyboard focus" is the only thing selected.   

Then: click back on the center of the game window and it should be up to size.

Alternatively you can hit Win + = to blow up a window and Win + - to zoom out again.

This doesn't work yet, but the site creator is trying to do full screen for the next plug in, along with better working n64 emulators and trying to make GBA, NES, and SNES kind of games plug ins work better too. He said it could be a few months though, so those who can't get it to work might be stuck like this for awhile.
