I'm a huge fan of the Age of Empires series and the Command and Conquer Red Alert Series. Truthfully, any type of RTS game would interest me, being able to command groups of troops to invade and conquer the rest, especially if it has any historical theme involved in them. I'm actually looking into the Total War series and they really interest me.

Any other strategists here?

I was thinking of getting Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties but I guess I would have to get Age of Empires III: Complete Collection. Most of my games have been more towards RPG style like Rage of Mages.

I love RTS games, been awhile since I've really gotten in to them though. The one I really miss I can't remember the name of. You got to choose one of seven different alien races and had to take over the map from the rest of the races. Hmmm, wish I could remember it =(

I play them a bit, not that often. I've got LotR: Battle for Middle-Earth II (it's a shame they had to shut down the servers when I finally got good internet ), Star Wars: Empire at War, Left Behind: Eternal Forces, and League of Legends. LoL is probably my favorite, simply because I like the rather complex champion style of gameplay and diverse cast. That and I do much better at managing one unit than 50.

My RTS that never got love was the Close Combat series from PC. Anyone ever play Close Combat? It was an RTS that featured WWII maps and campaigns. You could fight as Allies or Germany in CC1. CC2 was Operation: Market Garden. It went four or five but the first two were absolutely incredible.
