Jingle Bell Rock is fantastic.
Rockin' around the Christmas Tree and Run, Run, Rudolf are awesome as well.
Personally, though, I love Carol of the Bells, We Three Kings, What Child is This, God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, The First Noel, O' Come All Ye Faithful, and Hark the Herald Angels Sing.
I also like Band Aid's Do They Know It's Christmas, John Lennon's Happy X-Mas (War is Over), and most of Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Christmas tunes, especially Christmas Cannon.
Any that's pretty much just a few of my favorites.
