Biological and psychological depression are basically the same. Biological depression affects psychological functions and vise versa. Biological depression refers to problems in your body that aren't based on psychological causes. It means, there's something wrong about your body but stress have nothing to do about it.

Social anxiety disorder is when you're afraid of socializing with others because you feel like you're gonna be judged and humiliated by them. There are also some cases when a person with social anxiety disorder is only afraid of a particular situation. It can cause Panic Attacks.

Clinical depression makes you feel down all the time, like it's the end of the world everyday. People with clinical depression want to solve problems by themselves and aren't willing to accept help from others. They don't feel like themselves anymore and they always feel that they can't pull themselves together every time a problem shows up. They don't enjoy doing things they used to do to have fun anymore.
