I used to go to an Athletic Club by my house everyday.

I have the Wii Fit I do mainly do Yoga, Aerobics and Strength Training. When I'm not doing the Wii fit I run on a threadmil in my exercise room.

I work out every single day. And I run for a cross country team. In the summer I run individually in road races. Eventually I will be doing more though, because as it stands I could still do more.

I am involved in exercise activities. For one, being in the Army means you have PT every work morning. For an hour. Different things are done everyday, but I've mainly found myself running most days. Although I excel at it, I'm not a fan of running when I have to do it so often.
I also body build after work most days of the week. I'll head to the gym and be there for about an hour.
