you can't get this by buying that... you must attack the rolling goron with the bomb and if you end talking with him you will get the goron tunic... (PS im not good at english )

The Goron Tunic is needed not for the Dodongo Cavern, but the Fire Temple. You must have collected the 3 spirit stones, become adult Link, and do the Forest Temple and free sage Saria. Then, the next temple is Fire. This time the Goron rolling around in the goron city is small and you must use a bomb to stop him. After talking to him for a while, he'll give you the tunic and you'll be able to access the Fire Temple.

This is my first time playing the game. I just recently passed this part. If you need further assistance, I recommend this site:

Don't worry. Phantom Ganon took me forever! Mainly because I ran out of arrows. Shooting arrows accurately is a challenge on here, but you need only do it a few times. If you stand in one of the corners with the triforce symbol on it, the lightning won't hit you when he comes through the painting. So, be ready with the arrows and shoot him as he comes through the painting glowing white.
After a few hits (3/4 don't remember), he hits you with power from his sword or whatever. bash it back at him with the master sword numerous times and attack when he's on the floor if you can. Timing is everything. Hit it back earlier than you would think.
That's all I got. Good luck

When he is going in and out of the paintings, have an arrow drawn and constantly check each picture. If you settle on one, then he might come out of another. When that happens you might not have a chance to shoot him before he escapes. Also, he hesitates for a moment before leaving each picture (you can see his silhouette). It is possible to still shoot him even if he hasn't fully emerged.
Right before he starts firing magic at you, get some extra distance between you and him. That gives you a bit more time to react each time he reflects the attack back at you which can help. If you get lost in the future, you can also check YouTube for help. There are plenty of video tutorials.
